Designed by Capability Brown in the 18th century, this elegant landscape features a serpentine lake with islands and bridges, surrounded by shrubberies, trees and parkland. Ideal for exploring in every season, you’ll find vistas set with follies, including a grotto, hilltop rotunda and island pavilion, and an abundance of wildlife. Restoration is ongoing to return it to Brown’s original designs.
